Practicing yoga helps me find my inner child; it frees my body, clears my mind and opens my heart.


I had the privilege of living in South East Asia for 8 years and it’s during my time in Sri Lanka that I was first introduced to yoga. After many years of personal practice I had the desire to deepen my understanding of Yoga whilst living in Istanbul. It was three years ago, under the guidance of my teacher, Chris Chavez, that I decided to dedicate myself to learning and teaching yoga.


My classes are playful, honest and challenging in a way that make us stronger and more flexible, both on and off the mat. As a teacher I feel blessed to be a part of that journey.
